What Happens in a Biosignature Modulation™ Session?

In a typical biosignature session, the personal trainer assesses the amount of body fat on the client in twelve major areas:

Chin
Cheek

The chin and the cheek are the early detection system for fat loss in a new client. We measure these folds because they are usually the first areas to change when a client begins to lose body fat.

Pectoral
Tricep

The pectoral and tricep are highly correlated with androgen levels. By monitoring and modulating these sites, we help you produce more testosterone naturally, as well as prevent aromatization, a counter-productive metabolic process.

Iliac Crest
Subscapularis

These two sites are predictors of insulin management – how much you make, and how resistant you are to it. Proper insulin management is of prime importance in preventing diabetes, as well as in achieving fat loss.

Midaxillary
The Midaxillary fold is a predictor of thyroid function.

Umbilicus
Fat around the belly button is a reflection of cortisol production, and is a measure of your stress levels..

Knee
Calf

Both of these sites are a function of growth hormone production.

Quadricep
Hamstring

The sites on the upper legs are a function of estrogen levels and estrogen ratios.
