Sports-Specific Strength Training, Speed Training, and Conditioning
Let's be clear - we do not produce athletes. We take athletes that already exist, and make them better. We do not do sports-specific training. I prefer to leave that to your individual sports coaches, who will do a far better job with that aspect than I ever will.
Our expertise are in strength and speed development, conditioning, and changes to body composition. If you are a good athlete, but weak or small for your position, we can make you better. If you are an athlete who is too slow, we can make you faster. If you are injured, we will rehab you and get you back into top condition. We have the expertise to get you into top shape for most sports:
Baseball: Run, throw, field, and hit better than ever before.
Basketball: Hoop – crash the boards, dribble, and shoot like a pro. Or with the pros.
Bodybuilding: For the corporate professional, the IBF one, and everyone in between.
Football: Prepare for the season. Or the combine.
Golf: Sharpen your eyes, and give yourself the strength and flexibility to drive the green.
Hockey: Forward or enforcer? You’re going to need strength speed and endurance to last through the power play.
Lacrosse: Are you an Attack, Middie, Defensemen, or goalie? You need fast eyes and fast feet.
Marathon: First decide the goal: finishing or a personal record. We’ll get you on the right track.
Mixed Martial Arts: It doesn’t matter whether it’s karate, judo, or boxing: the guy who hits harder and faster usually wins.
Motosports: In karting, weight matters. In motocross, its torque.
Skiing: Downhill and cross country, the legs are all.
Soccer: Bend it better than Beckham, and have the athleticism of Adriano.
Swimming: Sprint, distance, or synchronization, we’ve got it covered.
Track & Field: Are you putting the shot or running the 100m? Form follows function.
Triathlon: If you have what it takes to be an ironman, then this is the place to be.
Volleyball: Beach or court, you’ve got to be able to get up off the ground to deliver the Vegas line.
