Physiqology Physical Programs

We offer five training programs. Each program is custom designed to meet the needs of the individual athlete according to their sport.

Sports and activities include: Football, Baseball, Hockey, Track & Field, Marathon, Biathlon/Triathlon, Swimming/Diving, Golf, Tennis, Soccer, Bodybuilding, Fitness Competitions, Mixed Martial Arts, and more.

1. Professional Athlete Program

Strength/Speed/Conditioning Training for Professional Athletes.
This program is geared towards athletes in most sports listed above. This program covers a four-month cycle, encompassing as many hours of training as necessary to reach peak physical readiness for the given sport.

2. Amateur Athlete Program

Strength/Speed/Conditioning training for Semi-Pro/High School/College and Recreational Athletes.
This is a good program for individuals who can devote up to four hours a week to strength and conditioning training. It is ideal for serious amateur athletes whose strength and conditioning needs are equal to their need to work on the specific technique of their sport.

3. Rehabilitation Program

Rehabilitative training programs for individuals who have been injured and wish to get back on-track as quickly as possible. This program covers sport-related injuries, as well as injury resulting from accidents, aging, overuse or repetitive stress, and others.

4. Corporate Training Program

This program is well suited for executives who have very little time to train – usually two hours per week. They require maximum efficiency for their training time and dollar.

5. Remote Training Program

Physiqology provides training instruction to athletes in remote areas or those individuals who cannot travel to our location on a regular basis. Our online program gives these populations everything they need to train themselves in the comfort of their own facility.
