Level I: Basic Clinical Nutrition

The client is taught the foundational aspects of nutrition — the macronutrients protein, fat, and carbohydrate are defined in a very specific way, and the client’s individual nutritional needs are defined along these terms. We then begin to show the client how to incorporate these principles into their life to meet their true dietary needs, as well as correct the obvious nutritional deficiencies in the diet.

Level II: Intermediate Clinical Nutrition

The client, once firmly grasping the level I concepts, is introduced to basic ergogenic (performance-enhancing) substances commonly found in the normal diet whose amounts need to be raised through supplementation to achieve therapeutic effects. We also begin to deal with other nutritional concerns such as absorption and assimilation of nutrients at this point.

LEVEL III: Advanced Clinical Nutrition

A further development of the concepts of Level II, we also address various clinical health issues at this stage — heavy metal toxicity, yeast or parasite infestation, etc., which impedes progress at every level. We also work with the client to give them all the nutritional support they require to adequately buffer their stress levels and idealize their hormone profile for performance.
