Clinical Nutrition – Supplementation Instruction for Peak Performance

Upon request, we present a full clinical nutritional protocol geared to achieving your personal training goals. We recommend only pharmaceutical-grade supplements so you can be assured of quality.

Once you approve the estimate, we purchase them for you and write your individualized protocol. We then introduce this nutritional facet into the overall nutritional program.

This program puts all the tools for success at the client’s disposal. Each protocol is individual, based on the needs of the client, and addresses the following:

  • Enhancement of recovery
  • Enhancement of work capacity
  • Improved functioning of digestion and assimilation of nutrients
  • Improved fat-burning capability
  • Heightened cognitive function
  • Corrective nutritional therapy for issues with metabolism

The end result is a trainee whose efforts in the gym are supported maximally by comprehensive nutrition.

The Fitness Evaluation

A fitness evaluation, like a well-designed training program, should track information on physical abilities that are a function of the client’s goals. Depending upon the individual, we may engage in any or all of the following tests:

  • 1RM (rep max) test for strength in one or several reference lifts
  • Postural evaluation
  • Dynamic hop test
  • Pelvic girdle evaluation
